- Sudden Charges:
We would like to inform you that our company is not responsible for any sudden charges that may occur during the shipping process. This includes, but is not limited to, tariffs, customs duties, taxes, and VAT (Value Added Tax). Any such charges imposed by the destination country or local authorities are the sole responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with the applicable authorities or customs office in your country for more information about potential charges.
- Returned Packages and Refunds:
In the event that your package is returned to our office a 15% restocking fee will be charged. However, please note that refunds will only be granted for return packages that have been successfully received and processed by our office. If you would like to receive the items we will gladly reship your order. This will require the combination of the 15% restocking fee and the purchase of a new shipping label since the original has been voided and can no longer be used by the shipping courier.
- Address Accuracy:
Please ensure that the shipping address provided during the checkout process is accurate and complete. We cannot be held responsible for any delays or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you need to make any changes to your shipping address, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. Once the order is printed the shipping label can not be modified .
- Shipping Times:
We strive to process and ship orders in a timely manner. However, please note that shipping times may vary depending on factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will provide you with an estimated delivery time based on the information available to us by the shipping company chosen, but we cannot guarantee the exact arrival date of your package. Once the package leaves our hands it is out of our control.
- Shipping Methods and Carriers:
We offer various shipping methods and work with reputable carriers to ensure the safe and efficient delivery of your packages. The available shipping options will be displayed during the checkout process, along with the associated costs and estimated delivery times. Please select the shipping method that best suits your needs. Although please note that the processing time does not include shipping time. Our processing times are 7-10 business days.
- Lost or Damaged Packages:
While we take every precaution to ensure that your packages arrive in perfect condition, there may be instances where packages are lost or damaged during transit. In such cases, please contact our customer support team, and we will work with you to resolve the issue to the best of our abilities. Please note that we may require relevant documentation or evidence to process any claims related to lost or damaged packages. At checkout we provide the Route Package Protection that is an insurance which covers instances such as this that will cover and replace packages that got lost or damaged during transit.
